Seller either send me a look alike or i got duked for my money.,
The ring itself is great, at lease the first one i got. Came with torx wrech and inserts for 1″ scopes. So i decided to buy another one from the same seller thinking that i would get the same product. But when it arrived, I open the box and it didn’t really looked like the first one i bought. It had similar looks, but the large hex screw looked different and the top clamp looks to be taller. Came in the same vortex box, but a different scope ring? So went and got the first one i ordered out to make a visual comparison and what do you know, they are different. The second ring i order didn’t come with any tool or inserts. So, i went out to my local gun store to see if they had any vortex rings in stock so i can send the second ring i just got back. Nope, they didn’t have any. So i grab my dial caliper and took some measurements to see if they were at least dimensonaly similar. Turns out they are. So i decided to keep the scope ring and not go through the hassle of trying to get another one. Not worth the 20 dollars i spent on this ring at all.
